The 2nd Microsourcing Workshop was held at Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie on the 20th December 2012. The workshop was the continuation from the 1st workshop. Input regarding microsourcing economic potentials, issues, challenges and critical enablers were gathered from participants. Based on the input and interviews with respective organizations, microsourcing framework, strategic directions and microsourcing certification programme were developed.  

 Objectives :

 › To present and discuss microsourcing framework

 › To present and discuss strategic directions of microsourcing implementation

 › To present and discuss certification programme
