Programme Description / Penerangan Program
This program is the pioneer computer networking program in Malaysia’s IPT. It is part of the oldest Cisco Networking Academy in Malaysia. The program offers a comprehensive study in the area of computer networking technology, IoTs, cyber security and digital forensics.
The program offers state-of-the-art teaching facilities such as Cisco CCNA and CCNP, IoTs and Digital Forensic Lab to qualify students to pursue a range of careers in industries. Students will have hands-on experience in using various enterprise grade networking equipment such as Cisco Router, Switches, Firewall, Access Point and IoT devices. Students will also able to use latest digital forensic tools and software such as Encase. Moreover, for cyber security study student will be expose with real-world scenario in our Security Operational Centre (SOC).

Students will be developed into highly competent network engineer, network analyst, cyber security expert and digital forensic analyst which able to adapt with new modern working environment and able to compete among other university graduates.
Graduates with high levels technical and practical skills in computer networking can pursue as network engineer, network analyst, cyber security engineer which pay well and rank highly in terms of opportunity and job satisfaction.
The program embraced and facilitated collaboration with renowned industry player such as Cisco, Huawei, Cyber Security Malaysia, Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission and others cyber security players. These mutually beneficial partnerships served the students, lecturers and the companies in providing certification, training, software with support, and industry related research. The industry also assists in developing an industrial driven curriculum.
