Final Camera-Ready Paper Submission Guidelines

The following information is provided to help you with the preparation and submission of the final camera ready paper before it can be published in SCDS 2015 conference proceedings. In order for your paper to be successfully included in SCDS 2015 conference proceeding, it is required that you strictly follow the following instructions:

Step 1. Your final paper has to follow the full paper template.

Camera-ready papers should be minimum 10 pages (with extra charge of USD30 per extra page up to maximum 15 pages).  

The authors should submit:

  1. Final source files (DOC) of their paper.
  2. The name and e-mail address of the contact author who will check the proof of their paper.
  3. A signed Copyright Form as a scanned PDF. Please email the signed CCIS copyright to scds2015@fskm.uitm.edu.my.  One author may sign on behalf of all of the other authors of a particular paper. Please note that the field "Volume Editor" should be left blank.

Preparation of manuscripts.

Users of MS Word

Production of the camera-ready paper will be a much smoother process if authors make use of the available MS Word template, which incorporates all the recommended formatting guidelines:

  • Template supporting MS Office 2007/2010 Word

 Step 2: Please take note that the EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION is 6 July 2015 and FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION DEADLINE for camera ready is 15 July 2015.

Step 3. Please upload the PDF and word file by clicking the Final Manuscript icon on EDAS system.

Important note:  To be published in the SCDS 2015 Proceedings, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference. Registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final camera-ready version of the paper. Please be advised that in-case more than one author would like to attend, EACH author is required to pay the conference fee.

Please note that failure to follow the above instructions may result in your paper to be excluded from the conference proceedings.
