Academic cooperation between Universiti Teknologi MARA and the University of Birmingham was established on 5 September 2019.  The dual degree program under this cooperation is Bachelor of Computer Science (CS230).

The partnership cooperation allows students who begin their studies at UiTM to continue their studies at Birmingham and achieve both UiTM Bachelor of Computer Science (CS230) degree and University of Birmingham Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science.
