Dr. Michael W. Berry holds the title of Full Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and Director of the Center for Intelligent Systems and Machine Learning (CISML) in the College of Engineering. He received the BS degree in Mathematics from the University of Georgia in 1981 and the MS degree in Applied Mathematics from North Carolina State University in 1983. In 1990, he received the PhD degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Berry was the recipient of the Moses E. and Mayme Brooks Distinguished Professor Award (UTK College of Engineering) in 2009, the Allen Hoshall Engineering Faculty Award (UTK College of Engineering) in 2010, the L.R. Hesler Award for Excellence in Teaching in Service (UTK Chancellor’s Honors) in 2011, and the Charles Edward Ferris Faculty Award (UTK College of Engineering) in 2011. His research interests include information retrieval, text/data mining, computational science, bioinformatics, and scientific computing.

Professor Dr. Joseph F. Hair is the Senior Scholar and Professor of Marketing & Professional Sales at Kennesaw State University USA. He earned his Ph.D. in marketing in 1971 from the University of Florida and has made an indelible impact on the marketing profession through his leadership, teaching, research, publications and textbook authorship. He has authored more than 40 books, including "Multivariate Data Analysis," which has made a lasting contribution to research across all the social sciences. His latest publication is the book titled ‘A Primer on Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM)’, published by Sage Publications Inc. Prof Hair's academic Publications have appeared in top-level professional journals . He was awarded the 2011 AMS Cutco/Vector Distinguished Marketing Educator Award at The Academy of Marketing Science's (AMS) 40th Anniversary Conference to honor his outstanding contributions to the marketing industry. His research interests are in the area of Multivariate Data Analysis and Data Mining and Sales Management. His recent consultation works in organizations include Tourism Division, Government of Sweden, Tembec Paper Company, Toyota Motor Company and ConAgra Food.

Professor Robert Cavanagh received his PhD from Curtin University Western Australia in the year 1997 with his thesis entitled “The culture and improvement of Western Australian senior secondary schools”. He is a member of numerous Professional associations and is currently the Chair of the Board of Management of the Pacific Rim Objective Measurement Society. He has been active as a reviewer in a peer refereed conferences and journal since the year 2004. He received grants from Australian Research Council Linkage Grants, National Science Foundation (USA) and Lotteries Commission (Western Australia). He has published several book chapters and numerous articles in renowned journals.

Professor Dr Zaidi Isa is the Director of Risk Management Office Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He holds a PhD in Financial Economics. He was awarded the Certified in Risk Management (CRM) in the field of Quantitative Risk Management (Risk Modelling and Simulation) from International Institute of Professional Education and Research US (IIPER) in the year 2012. He was the recipient of the Capital Market Award in the year 1995 given by Malaysian Securities Commissions for the Best Research Paper on Local Capital Market and Standard Chartered Gold Award in the year 1996 For Best Achievment for MBA. He has received numerous research grants including FRGS and GUP. He is also the reviewer of various journals. His research interests include Finance and Investment, Econometric, Applied Statistics and Financial Risk Modelling.
